Additionally, we can provide a paleontologist-signed certificate of authenticity upon request, further guaranteeing the legitimacy of your purchase.

What is your shipment policy?

 

Our shipment policy is designed to ensure your fossils and minerals arrive safely and promptly.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Continental US: 5 to 10 business days.
  • International: 14 to 30 business days.

Couriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your location and preferences.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing items. While we will assist with customs-related issues to the best of our ability, we cannot be held responsible as our items are legally tradable and properly declared.

Do you accept returns?

 

Our return policy allows for a 30-day return from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
